The DAESSY Rear Folding Mount - DRFM6
The REAR FOLDING MOUNT is permanently attached at a position partway down the side of the wheelchair.
The folding motion may be done with the device mounted. The sequence of movements allows the device to pass by the side of the wheelchair user. The device must be supported throughout the folding sequence. On most wheelchairs the folded device is within the length of the wheelchair and is protected from bumping into walls.
The REAR FOLDING MOUNT may protrude a small amount sideways beyond the wheels.
The folding motion tilts the device through about 90º. The screen of a laptop computer must be closed before folding.
