Standard Holder Style
The Standard Holders allow an iPad to be connected to a DAESSY quick release base in either landscape or portrait orientation.
The iPad is housed in a protective case with the adapter to fit all DAESSY quick release bases.
The case used varies based on availability and suitability for mount adaptation; cases selected are carefully chosen for several criteria to meet mounting use.
Availability of holders for new release iPads may be delayed a couple months after the Apple iPad release due to case availability.

Twist Case Holder Style
The Twist Case Holders enable real-time rotation of an iPad between landscape and portrait orientations while attached to a DAESSY quick release base.
The iPad is housed in a protective case with the adapter to fit all DAESSY quick release bases.
The case used varies based on availability and suitability for mount adaptation; cases selected are carefully chosen for several criteria to meet mounting use.

Other Tablets
The Tablet Cradle Holders are available for some different tablets. The adapter enables real-time rotation between landscape and portrait
orientations. The tablet computer fits into a cradle or case that is fitted with a DAESSY adapter to be used with the DAESSY quick release system.

Device Adapters Overview: Communication devices and laptop computers on DAESSY mounting assemblies are normally attached in a manner that allows the mounted device
or computer to be quickly and easily taken off the mount. A plate, adapter or holder holds communication devices and laptop computers that are mounted on DAESSY mounting
assemblies. The style of holder or adapter required must be specified separately from the style of mount, and is a separately sold item. A Standard DAESSY Wheelchair Mount
may be ordered with no Quick Release Base or device holder by specifying No Quick Release on the order.
