We are all facing the unprecedented impact of COVID-19 and our office has taken proactive measures to support the collective effort to slow down the spread and protect our communities.
We will continue monitoring the rapidly changing situation to follow the guidelines established by the World Health Organization, Public Health Agency of Canada, BCCDC and local governments.
Across Canada and the world, healthcare, community and government organizations are working hard day and night, and we thank them all for their extraordinary efforts to support communities during this challenging time.
We continue to be available and working. Orders will continue to be processed and shipped out.
We are now balancing staff working remotely and limited onsite coverage; it may take a little longer to answer phone calls and reply to emails but we are working.
