Returns:

• Return Authorization must be requested within 30 days of the order ship date (invoice/payment date)
• Items for which authorization is being requested must be un-used, and in new condition complete with original packaging. Acceptable returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee*.
• Custom items are not returnable for credit (i.e. custom tube bends, custom made adapters and components etc.).
• Return must be shipped prepaid to the address provided with a Return Authorization, tracked service is recommended.
• Returns sent without authorization or to a different address than directed will be refused.

• Daedalus Technologies Inc. reserves the right, at its discretion, to apply a greater restocking fee for late claims & opened items based on return condition.
