Exceptions:

• Colour mis-match for anodized aluminum parts is not considered defect and claims based will not be accepted ont these grounds. Items by other manufacturers incorporated into a DAESSY assembly are excluded.
• Late claims up to one (1) year, and items that have been installed and used for 30 days or more, Daedalus Technologies Inc. reserves the right, at its discretion, to correct the defect and return the item.
• This offer of replacement or repair does not apply (a) beyond one year from ship date, or (b) to items that have been dismantled beyond the extent necessary for installation or conversion from right to left folding, or the reverse, or (c) when the item has been modified, incorrectly applied or installed, overloaded, dropped, or otherwise abused and damaged.
• Return Authorization must be obtained for any claims with a full description of the alleged defect and photos, when applicable, see above for returns information.
